Alcatel Unlock Instructions
Introduction:
These are specific instructions to help you unlock your Alcatel device when you have received the Unlock Code via Email. Please read the instructions thoroughly before your first attempt at unlocking.
Warning: Your device has 10 attempts to input an unlock code. If your device currently has 5 or less attempts remaining, please contact us for assistance!
Requirements:
1) Foreign sim card (sim card from another carrier)
2) Your Alcatel unlock code sent via e-mail from us

Alcatel Unlock Code Format:
If you receive your code in this format:
1234567890, 1234567890, 1234567890, 1234567890
If your device is prompting for a Network code, use the first code only.
If your device is prompting for a Service Provider code, use the third code only.
Try the appropriate code once. If it does not work on first try, do not try it again.
If you receive your code in this format:
NCK: 1234567890 NSCK: 1234567890 SPCK: 1234567890
If your device is prompting for a Network code, use the NCK code only.
If your device is prompting for a Service Provider code, use the SPCK code only.
Try the appropriate code once. If it does not work on first try, do not try it again.
Instructions to input Alcatel Unlock code (Most Models):
1) Power on your Alcatel device with a foreign sim card
2) Phone will prompt for “Sim Network Unlock Pin” or “Unlock Code”
3) Enter the unlock code provided
4) Your phone is now unlocked!
Turn your connections and airplane mode off before proceeding with the unlocking.
How to Unlock Alcatel 531 & 535
1) Turn on the phone without a sim card inserted
2) Dial * (and without releasing) type 787292
3) A new menu “Unlock Network” will appear, then select “YES”
4) Enter the unlock code provided
5) Your phone is now unlocked!

Troubleshooting:
“My phone does not prompt for a network unlock code.”
In this situation, it could be one of the following reasons:
– Phone is already unlocked
– Sim card slot is defective
– IMEI is blacklisted by the original carrier
– The phone requires an alternative way to unlock
If your device does not prompt for a code, please contact us for help to diagnose the problem.
“I input the code and received “Code Error” or “Sim Network Unlock Unsuccessful.”
Provide us with the Provider ID from the back of your Alcatel phone above your IMEI number. It looks like 9999X-9XXXXX9.

Or you can go to Settings > Regulatory and Safety to find the same Provider ID.
If you are unable to find the above, please provide us this information:
Please type ***#837# or **#3228#. Your phone will provide you with a lot of alphanumeric characters. If you can find any lines that start with X, please send us that; for example: X325CS87. If you cannot find any that start with X, please contact us.
“I unlocked the phone but I’m not able to use data or send/receive MMS.”
In this case you will need to adjust what’s called the APN settings. The APN settings vary depending on the service provider you are trying to use. Please contact your service provider and they can assist you with setting this up. There is no separate unlock for data/internet or MMS. If you can call or text, your phone’s network is fully unlocked.
My Phone is asking for the “PUK” or “Security Pin” or “Password”:
If your phone is asking for one of the above, it is requesting a device or sim card passcode lock set on the phone by the user. Once you input this code, you will then be able to input the network unlock code provided by CellUnlocker.net
